The Founder
Jonathan Santana is an Air Force veteran and the President and CEO of Excelsior Consulting Services, LLC, a federal professional services firm in Capitol Heights, Maryland. Over 20+ years inside federal acquisition, he has supported more than $5 billion in programs across civilian and defense agencies. He is rooted in the Prince George's County community, serves on the executive board of The Capital Market, and co-directs membership and engagement at the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Prince George's County.
Solutions Center exists because the patterns Jonathan saw across two decades of programs kept repeating, and the tools to catch them early did not exist on the open market. So he built them.

The methodology behind Excelsior's products was proven on a $1.2 billion USPS program, where Jonathan identified structural failure within weeks of engagement. His findings were later consistent with OIG conclusions.
